We work hard to make sure our subscribers get their flags even if the weather is not cooperating. Nevertheless, the safety of our workers and their families is paramount and if weather is such that hazardous conditions are present (such as lightning, high winds, flooding, or icing), we may need to delay deployment of flags, delay retrieval of flags, or, in certain situations, cancel a deployment. If that happens your account will be credited for an additional holiday.
